National Power Quality
Measurement by sending a new
notification to EİAŞ
Connection Agreement signed
power plants By making
necessary preparations
within the scope of its
system, it has made it
necessary to establish Power
Quality Measurement Systems
in their facilities. The
facilities provided the
necessary time for
installation (ANNEX-8).
Controlmatik Annex-8
fulfills the
responsibilities of the
power plants by supplying
and installing the Power
Quality Measurement System.

National Power Quality
Measurement System
(Where and How to
Install) The power
quality measurement system
will be placed at the
measuring points / points of
the system. Power Quality
Measurement board available
at the center where the
measuring system will be
installed and, if
appropriate, the device will
be mounted to this panel.
Otherwise the device with
the dashboard will be
installed by the user
together. In case of
problems in the application,
opinions of the related unit
of TEİAŞ will be taken.
3. Measurement
Parameters and Measurement
Accuracy Required
The measuring devices to
be installed are below the
power quality parameters
given in Table-1. perform
continuous measurement and
analysis according to the
specified standards. IEC

quality events in types
record at the speed of
sample / second. If power
quality events last less
than 3 seconds, "short time"
is longer than 3 seconds
it is referred to as "long
term". Short-term events

in case of an event 2
different event file records
of the beginning and end of
the event It should be
established. When an
event is detected, if the
event is short-lived or is

event time, 2.5 seconds
after the event time, if
event if the end of a
long-term event is 0.5
seconds after 2.5 seconds
before the event time.
The voltage and current raw
data of the last 3 seconds
must be recorded together
with the event information.
5. Communication
Power quality measurement
devices record the power
quality measurement and
event data transfer the
connection agreement to a
server in the user of the
transmission system. This
data is in the file
structure described in 5.1
with the secure file
transfer protocol (sftp)
It will be stored in a
folder that can be accessed
continuously by TEİAŞ. Power
quality measurement Each
of the files must consist of
a total of one hour data.
Event data for each event
It should consist of 3
seconds of raw data. TEİAŞ

periodically accessing this
folder by The system will
be transferred to. Power

Event Data File Structures
System by TEIAS It will
be provided to the user and
the corresponding user will
provide the software
according to this file
structure.
6. Data Storage
Loss of measurement data
when communication condition
is not suitable the
device in question will
store the measurement
results for at least 6
months must have the
capacity.
7.
Measurement Synchronization
Promise to address the
sources of power quality
problems correctly the
device should be capable of
time synchronization via GPS
+ NTP. Time uncertainty
is less than 20 milliseconds
to IEC 61000-4-30 Ed2.0
(2008-10) should be. This
feature means that the
measurement periods are
synchronized (simultaneous)
and therefore, it is
important to determine the
sources of power quality
problems and their effects
on the system. In
addition, IEC 61000-4-30
Ed2.0 (2008-10) for
simultaneous measurement and
analysis The measurement
periods according to the
standard should start at the
beginning of 10 minutes.
