TWithin the scope of TEİAŞ
National Load Dispatch SCADA
/ EMS System Project, it is
necessary to establish a
communication system between
power generation plants and
autoproducer licensed energy
facilities (Hydro Power
Plants, Wind Power Plant,
Thermal Power Plant) and
TEİAŞ SCADA system. TEIAS
communication infrastructure
and SCADA solutions for the
transportation sector and
HEPP-RES-Thermal Power
Plants. OPGW
Communication, PAX
Communication, Rental Line
communication, PLC
communication, RTU system
are among the solutions
offered.
SDH STM1
products E1, E70, E3, E & M,
FXS, FXO, G.703-64K
Codirectional, RS-232, V.24,
V.35 and Ethernet ports on
the same chassis.
Communication between the
National Control Center, the
Emergency Control Center and
the Regional Control Centers
is carried out through the
channels leased from Türk
Telekom Company, satellite
channels (VSAT) and TEDAŞ's
own fiber optic channels.
In order to increase
the reliability of data
communication, redundant
communication channels are
used between MKM and BKMs
and between BKMs and RTUs.
Data communication
between Regional Control
Centers and RTUs is carried
out via power transmission
lines (PLC) channels,
TEDAS's fiber optic channels
and channels leased from
Türk Telekom A.Ş. Data
communication speeds of 200,
600, 1200, 2400, 9600 and
19200 bps are used between
BKMs and RTUs. RTU links are
controlled via Telecontrol
Interfaces (TCI) in
point-to-point or multidrop
(party-line). The data
communication protocol used
between the Control Centers
is the IEC 6087086 (Inter
Control Center Protocol)
communication protocol. The
RTUs and the control centers
use the IEC 60870-5-101
communication protocol for
the new type of RTUs and the
F4F communication protocol
for the old RTUs.
Remote Terminal
Units (RTU)
The information collected by
the RTUs in the substation
and power stations is
processed and sent to the
Regional Control Centers and
then to the National Load
Dispatch and Emergency
Center. Control signals sent
from control centers are
also transmitted to power
stations and substations via
RTUs.
Active and
reactive power values of
power stations, busbar
voltage values, transformer
tap changer position
information, current and
frequency measurements from
some centers, some
additional data related to
power plants, breaker,
separator.
The data
needed for the monitoring
and operation of the
National Interconnected
Power Network, such as
grounding information and
alarm information and energy
measurements, are collected.
In general, analogue
measurements are sent to the
control center every 10
seconds when the threshold
is exceeded, while status
and alarm information is
sent when there is a change
of status. Time-tag
information for status and
alarm information is also
sent to the control center.
The RTUs send the
occurrence time of the
status changes to the
relevant Regional Control
Center as a-time-tag RT. New
RTUs have a resolution of 1
millisecond and remote
control to tag status and
alarm informationABB RTU560
With its wide range of UMUX
products, TEİAŞ has
solutions that can meet all
the communication
requirements on OPGW cables.
UMUX and XMP products, which
can offer SDH and PDH in a
single chassis, are the
preferred solutions in TEIAS
OPGW projects with high
price performance rates and
wide references.
The
STM1, E & M, FXO, FXS, G.703
interfaces are available in
a single product.
